It is a very family friendly neighborhood and about a 5 minute safe and quiet walk to the beach.

The house is beautiful. I think that the layout of bedrooms and living spaces are
perfect for a large family gathering. Enough room to all be together and enough
space for quiet time when needed. The location was nice, just a couple of blocks
from the beach and near the Food Lion grocery store and shopping center. The house
and furnishings were very comfortable and we all felt right at home. At no point
during our stay did we say " man, I wish they had that here", they seemed to have
everything at the house that we would want from cooking utensils to beach chairs.
We had a wonderful time and I would recommend this house to anyone looking for a
home "aweigh" from home.

This house is just perfect! It was the best investment we have ever made! The grandkids are having a great time, and the house has everything we need. We haven’t even gone to the beach yet, we are having such a good time here with each other and enjoying the house. The neighborhood is very quiet, the house is beautiful and the kids are really enjoying the pool! We are going to do this every year, and want to take some long weekends too! Thank you so much! Everyone at Outer Banks Blue has been so nice!”

Beautiful, spacious home. Nice decor, very sunny open house. Lots of counter space. A ton of cooking utensils. The pool was beautifully maintained as was the jacuzzi/hot tub. The temperature in the house was perfect. The best vacation my family and I have had in years. I would highly recommend this vacation home. Both the owner and the agent I worked with were extremely nice. No hidden fees. Very honest and forthright.
