Mid Level: Features a great room, dining area, well-equipped kitchen, Half Bath, and MBR w/2 Doubles, Hot tub on Mid level deck overlooking ocean. Kestrel's Perch Is a Great House With a Fantastic Location. We Liked Having the Pool on the Back Side of the House as It Got More Sun. and Having the Hot Tub on the Deck Was Wonderful as You Could View the Ocean. We Liked the Tile Flooring Downstairs Since We Were Always Wet Or Sandy! the Kitchen and Eating Area Were Very Large and There Were Two Tables With Lots of Chairs.
