Across the street enjoy the private community member's fitness room, arcade, indoor pool and tennis courts. In the morning watch the sunrise from your bedroom windows or outside deck, take a jog into the village for your morning coffee, or enjoy a leisurely stroll through the charming seaside village of Duck, NC. In the afternoon bike along the community bike paths, go out for a sail, jet ski, kayak, or just hang out at the beach or your private pool. WINE 'N SEA is owned by two brothers and their wives. They love the beach, love to have fun with family and friends, are passionate about wine, and even own a small winery in California. At WINE 'N SEA you will be greeted by stunning ocean views from the second and third floors which you can enjoy along with your complimentary bottle of their hand-crafted wine.

The Elevator ensures all family members comfortable access to the entire house. Enjoy TV's in every bedroom with a brand new high definition flat screen TV and surround sound system in the great room. Laze in the hot tub, and expanded, comfortable and relaxing outdoor living space around your private pool. Feel secure as your "little ones" enjoy their own dedicated play space in the "Ship's Watch", which is within view of the great room, kitchen, and dining area.

I googled until I found the Wine N Sea, as I wanted to rent it , as it was next door to the house my daughter was renting for her wedding week and reception. Agents at Outer Banks Blue, could not be more helpful. They took our info, put a hold on the house, and let us know when it was actually ours to rent. Loved being able to do all paperwork and payments online.

Wine N Sea is a very well furnished and beautiful home in close proximity to the beach access. Very child friendly, while we did not have children with us, there were many amenities geared toward children. Crib in upstairs master. Highchairs, boosters. Baby utensils. I would not hesitate to recommed this house to anyone. Only downside is there was not a bath for each bedroom, but it is still very doable. Our experience with Outer Banks Blue was a very positive one. It was our first tme renting. Property in great shape, ease of checkin without having to drive to realy office.
