Kayaks are supplied with the house and the owner has even constructed a launch for easy access for you and your guests. What about the location? WOW again! Atlantic Ocean across the street, National Park Service property is your back yard...and a huge landscaped front yard too! Large private pool with plenty of deck space for relaxing while the kids play invite you to take a break from the beach. Great service, easy check-in, loved the house and location. Close to beach, heated pool that is actually warm enough to swim in, kayaks, awesome experience.

The house is beautiful and the kitchen had everything you could possibly need. The front yard is beautifully landscaped. The back yard is beautiful with views of the sunset. We could watch deer come out of the nature preserve behind the house. And the kayaks were an extra perk we really enjoyed. The bedrooms were very large with very comfortable beds and beautiful furniture. The theater room was awesome and was used every day.

This was our 9th visit to OBX in the last 5 years and 1st time renting with OBB. We loved the keyless entry so we could get into the house faster than picking up a key! The house really was amazing and you can see that the owner and rental company really do care and want the renter to have a great experience and vacation. They thought of everything and you can tell that the owner takes care of their property.
