Perfect location, spoke to the owner during the week which was a nice surprise. He mentioned he was upgrading. With the amount of traffic, the carpets are stained and he mentioned he was going to tile the stairs. Great idea. Carpet is hard to keep with beach community.

The Sea Song II Was a Very Spacious House That Met All of Our Needs. It Was Close To the Beach and Shopping, Plus a Pool In the Backyard. My Family Was Pleased With the Cleanliness and Decor of the House. I Would Highly Recommend This Property To Anyone.
