Welcome to "Green Iguana!" The owners of this 10 bedroom, 9 1/2 bath property have worked hard to make it a stunning, fun, comfortable and relaxing vacation destination for your family! New for 2012 are stainless steel kitchen appliances, 50" flat screen TV in the great room and comfortable couches in the rec room which add to the 2011 extended pool deck and new great room furniture. You get a fabulous vacation with a beach view and the beach a short walk from your home down a private walkway just 425 feet to the beach so no streets to cross or driveways to dodge! Enjoy the spectacular sunrise from one of the decks.

Just steps away from the enclosed hot tub and private pool, come inside and enjoy the spacious lower-level rec room that includes a flat screen TV with a built-in DVD player, table/chairs to use for puzzles and board games, stereo and pool table. All 10 bedrooms are newly decorated and each has a new flat-screen cable TV. All linens and bath towels will be there upon your arrival. We also provide beach chairs and sand toys for your convenience. For parents of little ones, the house also has two high chairs, a baby gate, toys and two Pack-n-Plays to make your packing a bit less cumbersome.

The house is decorated with a tropical theme and the delightful palm tree lamps and prints, plus gorgeous Hawaiian cherry floors on the top level add to that feeling. You'll find yourself enjoying all that Green Iguana has to offer in the way of comfort and luxury. The homeowners have provided both a DVD and book library, puzzles, games and every kitchen gadget that you'll need.

An ELEVATOR makes it easy to access all 4 levels so that all family members and guests can stay connected with everyone in the house, not to mention that dealing with luggage, groceries, etc. will be a breeze. You'll be within walking distance of shopping, restaurants,pharmacy, and an open air market.

TOP LEVEL: Great Room with large TV with DVD, Gas Fireplace, and 2 Decks; Kitchen with two dishwashers, self clean oven, large side-by-side frig with ice maker, microwave, pantry, gadgets, lots of pots and pans for large meals, new flatware, wine Rack, 1/2 -Bath; Dining area with seating for 20 (at one large granite table for 16, 8 bar stools) plus two high chairs; King Master with tiled shower in the bathroom and flat screen TV; Queen Master with flat screen TV, 2 Decks with sliding doors; toys, books, games, puzzles and elevator access.

Beautiful home and very well described on internet. The PRIVATE walkway to beach is an asset especially with small kids. THis walkway ends beside Kitty Hawk Pier for those fishermen. Great house for events. Location is great too. House has every kitchen need you can imagine.

If I could, I would love to make a yearly trip to the OBX and stay at the "Green Iguana". This is a wonderful house to stay in. Great location to the beach and to all shopping necessary.
