The furniture throughout the home was updated & in 2011 to provide the most comfort while staying at the beach together including: The livingroom furniture, ground level game room with half bath, wet bar and refrigerator, foosball, and TV for game night. Kids will love the new rec room, with separate entrance under house convenient for pool snacks and drinks. Located in quiet Southern Shores perfect for biking, walking, jogging. Southern Shores amenities included are tennis courts, childrens playground, and marina. Bring your boat! There is plenty of room to park it at "Inn Jeopardy!".

Great home for a family vacation within walking distance of Duck and the beach. There is something for everybody: pool, TV in every room, and game room/Tiki Bar that can be used by teenagers and adults.

The house was awsome!! This house is lovely,the neighbors are very nice and gave us good hints of things and place to see while we were there. We found the Outer Banks our furture vacation spot for our family,we have already been scouting next years house(bigger),next year we will be adding 7 more family members who missed this year,but wont miss next yr...
