All of the bedrooms and sitting areas have TV. The pool area has lounge chairs, picnic table, covered deck, umbrella, bikes, outside speakers, 2 outside showers, bathroom, large charcoal grill and plenty of room to play. This house is located in Ocean Sands in the Corolla area.

Top Level: Greatroom with 42" Flat screen TV, VCR/DVDw/surround sound, gas fireplace, dining area, large kitchen, dishwasher, breakfast bar and a half bath, King Master bedroom with TV/VCR, Jacuzzi tub and separate shower, Ship's Watch with ocean views, decks galore & outside speakers.

Mid Level: 3 Queen MBRs, and a bedroom w/a Duobunk and Bunk Set, full hall bath, den with TV/VCR/DVD,sorround sound theather system, desk w/computer/internet, and the washer/dryer closet. Access to deck with hot tub & outdoor speakers.

Ground Level: Queen bedroom with access to bath, bedroom w/ 2 Bunk Sets, full bath, recreation room w/ping pong, TV/VCR/DVD, stereo, wet bar, full size refrigerator. kitchenette, access to the patio and enclosed pool area.

Beaufitul house in a great location. Feels like an oceanfront house because the walk to the beach was effortless. Everyone was impressed with the presentation of the house. We loved 'It's A Shore Thing'. The house/layout fit the needs of five families with children ranging from ages 9 mos to 16. Loved that the kitchen was stocked with every appliances and cookware you can think of. Owners provoided trash bags and dishwasher tabs - a first for us! If we stay in Corolla again, we would definitely love to stay at this house again. ps - very gracious of the owners to provide gift of bagels and cream cheese...another 1st for us :) Outer Banks Blue staff was very friendly. Will book with them again..

This is a Fantastic house!! It comes furnished with everything you could possibly think of and the location is so close to the beach! The elevator came in handy for lugging groceries up to the kitchen! The pool was perfect, and we loved the views of the ocean from the deck! We're hoping to return to this house again next year.

The House Was Exactly How It Was Presented on the Website, and We Would Certainly Recommend This House, as Well as Outer Banks Blue, To Others Interested In Visiting the Area. the Distance To the Beach Was Perfect, the Neighbors Were Very Friendly, and Outer Banks Blue Was Very Helpful In the Days and Weeks Leading Up To Our Trip. Overall, a Great Vacation, and a Great Home.
