"Cinco Palmas" is one large family complex comprised of 5 units sharing the same grounds and amenities. This compound consists of the main home "Royal Palm", an 8 bedroom home with Elevator and wide door on one bedroom to help family members with access through the house, private pool, hot tub, and outdoor cabana area with outdoor bar, sauna and fireplace. Plenty of room for dining together in the large kitchen and dining area on the top level. There are 2 refrigerators on the top floor, and a third in the rec room! . 6 Master Bedrooms give everyone privacy to relax. The ground level offers bar area, den style seating with TV viewing area and billiards section all set up for the feel of your favorite pub at home! The additional four units on on the west side of the main house, and are composed of 2 and 3 bedroom duplex units, King Palm, Queen Palm, Princess Palm and Prince Palm. All together, Cinco Palmas boasts 17 bedrooms and 11.5 baths. My wife and I were looking for a nice place to have a family vacation as well as a very small wedding. We searched for week and then found this property. Cinco Palmas was EXACTLY what we were looking for! We were able to invite our very closest friends and family and have everyone stay in the same location. We were even able to have our wedding photographer travel with us and enjoy the week as well AND give her and her boyfriend their own privacy by setting aside one of the apartments for them. The location is "out of the way" but close enough to everything you will need. We are already looking forward to spending our Anniversary in the Outer Banks, and we will be booking another property for it through Outer Banks Blue... and we may very well Re-book the Cinco Palmas property!

This house is beautiful, I woke up to the most amazing sunrises over the ocean each morning. It was the perfect location to hold our family reunion which was in honor of our father's 80th birthday. We had a group of 32, ages ranging from 10 months to 80 and there was plenty of room for family togetherness - we could all eat dinner together - as well as enough hang out space for those who needed some time to themselves (teenagers!) Overall one of the best vacations we've had - we were all so sad to leave this house!

Having grandchildren living in PA, MD,N.C., S.C., and GA, this is the only time we are able to get together and having a compound is perfect, especially the 2 apartments where 2 familys had 2year old little ones. The communication with the Realtor was great and the lodgings perfect. Thank you for a wonderful vacation !!
