Anna Sadler, the newest member of the Sun and Sea Team, has lived on the Outer Banks since 1978. She has been active in Outer Banks real estate since 1983, specializing in the northern Outer Banks beach communities of Duck and Corolla.
Anna began he career at Coastland Realty, the developer firm for Ocean Sands in Corolla, and has worked in Duck and Corolla as they have evolved to the premier vacation destination they are today. Anna counts among her client many of the first investors to see the potential of Corolla when it was little more than gorgeous sandswept dunes and wide beaches.
A top producer her entire career, Anna brings more than her vast knowledge of Outer Banks real estate to her clients. She loves the Outer Banks and has worked tirelessly for its betterment. Anna is a past Dare County Commissioner and is currently serving her third consecutive term as a Town of Nags Head commissioner, serving her 10th year in that post.
She is the Vice Chair of the Outer Banks Visitors Bureau Board of Directors, currently serving her fourth term with that body, and is on the Jennette’s Pier Advisory Committee.
Anna is a GRI graduate of NC REALTORS Institute. She and her husband are avid fishermen and are always happiest on the water. They live in Nags Head and have two sons and two grandsons.
