Scrub oaks line the lanes and the sound front pool complex has a great walkway and dock over the sound. Nature trails and the inter-town multi-use path is available for biking, hiking or jogging. This is a great place for those that need to wind down, and recharge.

All Outer Banks Blue properties provide bed linens and bath towels for a small fee added to every reservation. We provide 1 bath towel and washcloth per advertised occupant. We provide 1 hand towel and 1 bar of soap per bathroom sink. We also provide kitchen towels. Beds are made prior to your arrival, and we provide a starter supply of toilet paper, bathroom soap, paper towels, and dishwasher detergent.

Can't beat the views!

You can't see the sand over the dunes, but the views of the ocean from the top floor are gorgeous! I wish part of the top deck was screened in, because it's too buggy to be outside in the evenings, but during the day that top deck is a perfect place to sit and read or watch the waves. The house is decorated like it is someone's home, much better than most rentals. Also, there are lots of DVDs, games and books for all ages. Outer Banks Blue was incredibly responsive when the air conditioner broke; they sent someone out to fix it right away. We knew this house didn't have a pool, but we realized while we were there we missed that about our Outer Banks Vacation. That said, the community pool is very nice and the views of the bay from there are lovely. Make sure you bring all of your own beach stuff because there is not a single sand shovel for renters to use.
