Private Pools are open from May 3, 2024 until October 13, 2024 and May 2, 2025 until October 12, 2025. Pool heat is not an option for this property. Pets are not allowed in pools under any circumstances. An additional fee will be charged to leaseholder for the chemical balance, cleaning or damage that would cause the replacement of a vinyl pool liner. Hot tubs are available year-round. Gas fireplaces are shut down from May 15 until September 15. This property provides a $250 credit toward beach gear delivered to your rental property. *Delivery fees may apply.* Offer only good for full weeks booked with check-ins beginning between May 24, 2024 and September 1, 2024, and May 23, 2025 and August 31, 2025.

All Outer Banks Blue properties provide bed linens and bath towels for a small fee added to every reservation. We provide 1 bath towel and washcloth per advertised occupant. We provide 1 hand towel and 1 bar of soap per bathroom sink. We also provide kitchen towels. Beds are made prior to your arrival, and we provide a starter supply of toilet paper, bathroom soap, paper towels, and dishwasher detergent.

AC problem and resolution

Upon arrival, we noticed that the air conditioning was not working on the top floor. We call realty office and the following morning they sent Robert O. He was the most pleasant fellow. And he really seemed to know what he was talking about.he then toted 3 window units to the upper level and installed them. Within two hours of him doing this the hvac people showed up and replaced or repaired whatever the problem was. Kudos to Robert. He was a kind and caring tech.

Fantastic House!

Our family had a great week! This house is fantastic, close to the beach, lots of seating for our large family. We really enjoyed the ocean views from the deck! We got to meet the nice owners and have already booked our stay for next year!

A great time was had by all three generations!

We love this house. It is clean and comfortable and has all the amenities we needed. The pool and area around it were just the right size with plenty of space to relax on lounge chairs. The hot tub was a plus. I was skeptical about crossing a very busy road to get to the beach, but it turned out to be a non-issue as cars stop when they see you waiting to cross, and the access is directly in front of the house. It is literally a two-minute walk to the sand, and we mostly had the beach to ourselves. Definitely will stay here again.

Sweetwater 49

This is first time that my family has stayed in southern Shores and I can say I loved it. Will diffentley will stay again. We meet owner do some issue they were very nice the far best one that I had ever stay out that .

Great House!

Super impressed by this house. There were nice updates in the kitchen and bathrooms. It's pet friendly but we didn't see any evidence of prior dogs in the house. The kitchen was one of the best stocked I've seen (even had a Keurig in the kitchen), there was nothing we were lacking. There was plenty of space to spread out in the living and dining areas for all 4 of us. And plenty of furniture on the decks to enjoy the weather and views of the ocean. The ocean access was extremely convenient, right across the street. We were also very impressed by Outer Banks Blue, construction next door cut the phone lines into the house leaving us with no internet. The issue was resolved quickly considering it was discovered on Easter Sunday, even the homeowner stopped by to reassure us it was being taken care of. Great rental experience!
