Symmetry on the Outer Banks!

This week's Memory Monday photo submission comes to us from Sandy Jones of Centreville, Virginia who rented the property "Beachcomber" in the Whalehead Beach area of Corolla this past August.

Sandy and her family are a fun loving group, and they have submitted one of the more "athletic" pictures we've seen.

This pyramid is made of 6 of the girls in their group and is something to be proud of....

Sandy tells us "We've been coming for many years, but this was the 3rd year for all these kids together. We go to the beach every morning, and the pool each afternoon. The Dad's do all the cooking and the moms help keep the fun rolling for the kids. We have a big dinner every evening, and 1 night each year it's appetizer (and wine )night. This party night is a favorite of kids and adults!

The moms also organize a nightly writing contest where we give some strange requirement (a poem with a turtle in it, or lots of Olympic themes this year). This kids in the photo range from 7 to 11 years old. It was also the 1st year for 2 of the kids to make it out on the Boogie Boards. We had all the kids but the 7 year old riding the waves this year."
Thanks for your picture and information Sandy! We look forward to serving you and your family again!
All the best from the beach!
