Greetings from a spring-like Outer Banks where many folks have come to town to enjoy spring break on the beach.
Sunrise services around the Outer Banks were well attended yesterday. Those who went to the beach were treated to a beautiful sunrise at approximately 6:45 am. This week’s Memory Monday photo is a good reminder of just how beautiful those clear early morning sunrises can be at this time of the year.
Good Monday Morning from the OBX. We have a very nice week in store for us this week on the coast. Sunny skies are predicted each day, and temperatures will be above normal.
Were you awake this morning at 6:36 to welcome the sun and to welcome the month of March? We were and what a spectacular sight. Temperatures in the mid-60’s, clear skies and light southerly winds have March coming in like a lamb.
Greetings from a cool and blustery Outer Banks. We are not complaining as our weather has been heavenly compared to some areas of the country over the last week. We have received a lot of rain, and we even had a thunderstorm, but no frozen precipitation so far this year!
Greetings from the Outer Banks where it is another wet and dreary day. At least those of us here are only getting rain due to the warm temperatures. We feel for those folks up the east coast digging out of another snowstorm. Keep in mind spring is just a month away, and summer will be here before you know it.
Good Monday from the Outer Banks. It is time for another Memory Monday photo submission to take center stage, and this week we have two pups at the Cape Hatteras lighthouse. We call this week’s photo Lighthouse lookouts.
Greetings from the Outer Banks on this first day in February. We got rain over the last 24 hours whereas all of our neighbors to the north seem to have gotten a lot of snow. Another reason to consider a winter getaway to the OBX! Just like Lisa and Greg did as you will see with this week’s picture.
Greetings from the Outer Banks on this Martin Luther King, Jr. holiday. We welcome a new year and a new set of photo memories to share with you in 2021.
Good Monday to you from the Outer Banks. We hope you had a great Christmas and are looking forward to the end of this year coming up later this week. On to 2021!
Good Monday from the Outer Banks. We hope you get the opportunity to relax with your family at some point this week and enjoy Christmas. The Outer Banks seems to be filled with folks who have decided to enjoy this week here on the beach. Here’s to making great memories wherever you find yourself this week.
