Greetings from The Outer Banks on this Martin Luther King Holiday. It is a crisp and cool Monday morning here and many are enjoying a break from the grind that has returned to our lives this January.
Greetings from a warm and wonderful Outer Banks . We hope you are sitting down when we tell you that this weekend we had temperatures in the 70’s both days, and indeed we are expecting another day in the 70 degree range on this Memory Monday. This Monday we are calling our post Winter time – Family Time.
We hope you are getting ready to enjoy a very merry Christmas. The Outer Banks is unusually busy this week with many folks taking a holiday on the coast this week. The local shoppes are busy today, and the weather is doing its part to make it a nice week.
Good day from the Outer Banks as we get ready for yet another holiday week at the beach next week. The weather was glorious today, a a reason for Thanksgiving. Speaking of which that brings us to this week’s Memory Monday photo submission
Greetings from the Outer Banks and we hope you are enjoying the start to another week. This week on Memory Monday we offer a photo to further the debate of decades. Great Taste or Less Filling.
Greetings from the Outer Banks as we start the last month of the year. Thanksgiving is behind us, cyber-Monday is upon us, and before you know it we will be welcoming 2020! This week’s Memory Monday photo submission puts us in the pink as we take all of this in.
Happy Thanksgiving week! Lots of people are on the move this week with Thanksgiving just a few days away. Moving to see family, moving to see family and friends or just taking a trip to the grocery store to get all the goodies needed.
Today is much calmer and nicer than we have experienced over the past few. The Outer Banks was hit hard by a Nor’easter over the last few days with strong winds, rain and heavy surf. We are definitely looking forward to more perfect weather as the week progresses.
Happy Monday! We hope this note finds you enjoying a relaxing day! The fact is that Monday’s are not usually very relaxing, so we hope our weekly post helps you have a few moments of a get away to our little slice of heaven.
Good morning from the Outer Banks where we are transitioning from the heat and beauty of summer. In the middle of the night we switched from summer to fall. That brings mixed emotions as we leave behind summer, but we look forward to cooler days and nights. Some are saying “Yes!” This is the time of year many like the best here on the beach.
