Greetings on this spectacular Monday on the Outer Banks. Memorial Day is just one short week away, and we are excited about the upcoming season. The bridge that leads to the OBX has been opened to full traffic after a winter of repair, all of the beaches are wide and beautiful, and the weather has been spectacular. We look forward to welcoming our valued guests - just like the O'Donnell family. The O'Donnell family of Nottingham, Maryland stayed with Outer Banks Blue last August in the Kill Devil Hills vacation rental property "Ocean's Nine West", and provided us a number of photos of their exploits on the Outer Banks. The obviously had a great time during their stay.Special thanks goes to Jennifer O'Donnell who provided all of these beautiful family shots below. We start with some posing on the beach. How cute!?There was a Mermaid spotted on the beach behind the O'Donnell's vacation rental house, and there is always time for a little relaxing hot tub dip after a long day at the beach! Here's a shot of the whole clan on the beach enjoying some relaxing family time, and then there is a quick picture of the folks enjoying some time at the H2OBX water park.Speaking of the water park, it opens up for the season this coming weekend. H2OBX enjoyed a great opening season last year, and they are bigger and better than ever this year. Tickets are on sale now, and you can find out more information here.We thank Jennifer and the entire family for this week's Memory Monday photos. As we put the last minute touches on preparing for this summer season we appreciate taking a look at one of our families having a great time while on vacation. It is the reason we do what we do, and we look forward to serving you soon. All the best from the beach!
