Dr. Beach names Outer Banks Beach “Best” 7th Year in a Row!

Dr. Beach, formally known as Stephen Leatherman, is one of America’s biggest influencers in the world of coastal travel, and this past week “Dr. Beach” named Cape Hatteras as one of the “Top Ten Best Beaches in the US.” Cape Hatteras came in as the #6 best beach this year.   This is the 7th year in a row for Cape Hatteras to be on this prestigious list. Three of the top 5 beaches are located in Hawaii this year so the Outer Banks is in good company. The Outer Banks Visitors Bureau is of course celebrating this announcement, and just released this video which shows some of the many reasons why Outer Banks’ beaches are among the best!
