Good Monday from the Outer Banks. We have a special Memory Monday for you this week. We are calling it two for one.
Timing is Everything
is what we have been told since we were youngsters. This week is great evidence of that as we received two very similar pictures from two different people within 2 hours of each other.
A special thank you goes to Miranda Owens of Vincent, Ohio. Miranda stayed with Outer Banks Blue in the Kitty Hawk vacation rental property "Sunny Outlook" just 2 weeks ago. She sends us this picture of her family's visit to the Bodie Island Lighthouse in Nags Head. As Miranda says "Sunsets at the lighthouse - nothing like it."
So we received this picture from Miranda at approximately 7 PM one evening, and then just 2 hours later we get a picture from Sandra Mueller. Sandra who hails from Charlotte Hall, Maryland stayed with Blue the same exact week at Miranda. She also sent us a picture of another lighthouse visit on the OBX.
This picture is of the inside of the Currituck Beach lighthouse in Corolla.
The inside of the Corolla lighthouse is one of the most amazing pictures. We love this and Sandra tells us it was one of her children's most favorite activities while they were here. They all stayed in the Corolla vacation rental property "Margaritaville 2" in the Ocean Sands area of Corolla.
