Up a Tree - Memory Monday 10/12/2020

Happy Columbus Day. We hope you are one of those who get to take this day as a holiday from work. Do you have a relaxing day planned? We hope you don't find yourself up a tree!

This week's Memory Monday photo submission comes to us from Barbara O'Brien of Warrenton, Virginia. She stayed with Outer Banks Blue recently at the Southern Shores vacation rental property "South Bound."

Unique photo

This week's photo is very unique. Typically we see things on Memory Monday like children on the beach, people enjoying the ocean or sound, sunrises, sunsets, families enjoying family time in our houses. Never have we ever had a picture of a family in a live oak tree. Now we have.

The Outer Banks is of course known for great beaches. We also have these beautiful maritime forests that include trees called live oaks. They, as you can see, are great trees to climb.

Thank you Barbara for sharing your photo memories. We love your picture, and we are glad you had a great time at the beach and filled your family with memories. We look forward to serving you again soon.

All the best from the beach!
