This is my families 9th year staying at this amazing beach house. We look forward to the memories made in this house every year! The pool is always a huge hit with the kids and the walk to the beach is super convenient. We have a few more days left here but the count down to summer 2024 has already started!

Another great vacation week at Guaranteed Fun! Only steps to the beach, beautiful sunrise views from deck, pool for the kids are just a few of the reasons we love staying at this property. It is perfect for multi families and feels like a home. Everything you need is provided with this property and the owner makes sure you enjoy your stay. Hopefully we’ll be back next year!

This is a great vacation home with family and friends. Amazing house and awesome view of beach. House has everything you need. We stayed here 13 years ago and we loved it so much we had to come back to this place. The owner is very friendly and a great person. He called me to see if we had any problems and to make sure we have a great time. So if you are looking for a vacation house. This place is where you want to come and relax and make memories.

We have been staying in the outer banks for 30 years and this by far is one of our favorite homes. The location is amazing! You literally just walk across the street to the beach. The beach area was wide with plenty of beach area to spread out and the access was great. There is a hard mat you can walk on at the access which makes it easier to walk on and nice for someone with a handicap need. We loved the pool and hot tub. The house has plenty of room to spread out. We had 6 kids and 7 adults and never felt cramped. The views from the house we’re beautiful and made it feel like you were oceanfront. The owner sent us a $50 Food lion gift card before we arrived. That was very thoughtful. We will definitely be back.

We have been coming to the OBX for many years, and this house just became our favorite! The proximity to the beach is amazing - it feels like an ocean front property. The Beach access is great - no stairs, just flat sand with a car access mat. This came in handy because we needed to utilize a beach wheelchair and this made getting out to the beach very efficient! The house is well stocked - especially the kitchen! Lots of cookware and plenty of silverware and other items. The sunrises from the deck each morning were absolutely beautiful. The hot tub and pool were used daily - our family had a blast and we made some wonderful memories. The owners reached out to make sure everything was going well - that added touch shows you how much they care about this home and how much they want others to enjoy all it has to offer. We will definitely be returning!

My family has been renting this beach house every summer for the last seven years. We love the location and how close we are to the beach. My granddaughters love playing in the pool and having their own room with a bunk bed. This house has become more then just a place we come to every year, it’s become a second home. It doesn’t matter if your 6 or 80 everyone in our family looks forward to our yearly stay at Guaranteed Fun!

We drive 15hr to get to the OBX and always get an Oceanfront home. We saw this home and that it had a pool which we had not had before. The reviews looked good so we decided to try it. What a Great Choice we made! It was like being oceanfront without the pricing of oceanfront. We were a family of 12 ranging in ages from 20-59 plus a 9 month old. Plenty of room to not be on top of one another yet cozy. We were able to watch the dolphins from inside the house or on the deck. The walk to the beach was a breeze even with the baby. The house, pool and hot tub were clean and well maintained. Another perk to the location if you have multiple cars is E Wilkens street is a 1 minute walk and has a few places to park on the street, you can keep an eye on your vehicle from the 2 master bedroom decks. The location is close to restaurants and shopping. As other reviews have stated the owner reached out to us before our arrival and called to check on us mid week. He is easily accessible if you need to reach him.

We just left Kitty Hawk after a fantastic stay at Guaranteed Fun. The house is maintained well and clean. We found plenty of room for all of us and everything we needed in the kitchen. Having thr gas grill was a huge plus for easy meals. The owner checked in, the pool was cleaned mid-week and garbage was picked up Monday, Thursday and Saturday which is good as long as you don't mind the 4am wake-up call by the truck (perfect for a sunrise walk on the beach)!! The walk to the beach was easy with no stairs over the dunes and the kids had a blast going from the pool to the hot tub. They also enjoyed the bikes we rented with the credit. Overall, there couldn't have been a better house for our large group.

We had such a wonderful stay at this charming home. The owners obviously put a lot of love and work into this place. The kitty hawk location is pretty far up the beach, which means the beach is not crowded and the traffic is not as hectic as in Nags Head. Very easy walk across the street to the beach. Close to great classic OBX eateries like Black Pelican and Awful Arthur's. Thanks to the owner and his family for sharing his home.

My wife and I along with her family booked Guaranteed Fun for our first visit to the Outer Banks and this property is absolutely incredible. The home is amazing and the view from the top deck is stunning and gives you a sweeping view of the beach and ocean. Our family found the rooms very comfortable and the living room, kitchen and large table perfect for all gathering together. The game room was a great added bonus for our family along with the pool, grill and hot tub. If you are looking for a beautiful home for your family, this is the perfect one. It was great to also receive a phone call from the home owner making sure everything about our stay was going well. We are thankful to him and his family for providing such a beautiful home for families like ours to gather and make memories together. We would definitely stay here again!

My family comes down to the Outer Banks at least once a year, if not more. We usually select a different place to stay each time. After staying at Guaranteed Fun, I would not hesitate to rent this house over and over! It had everything we needed: the kitchen was well stocked, the beds were very comfortable, there's a pool and hot tub, and the beach access was right across the street! All it needs is a nice big pantry - oh wait, there's a door we didn't check! By the end of the week we looked, and voila, a nice big pantry! Hahaha! The owner contacted us directly to make sure everything was good as well as check on things after a tropical storm move through the area. He really made us feel at home and comfortable! I cannot wait to come back again, and I am counting down the days.

This was the third time we stayed at this house with my large family and we absolutely love it. The house is beautiful and well equipped. Its a short walk to the beach which is so nice when you have small children. We had a small issue with the air conditioning and the owner has it corrected immediately. He had the realtor bring window units until the problem was fixed which did not take long at all. He called to make sure we were comfortable and if we needed anything else! Definitely recommend this house for a great family vacation!

We were contacted by the owner to insure everything was satisfactory and that we had everything we needed. We will definitely be coming back. My family and I (a total of 9 of us) stayed here for the week and I can't say enough GOOD things about this house. There was plenty of bedrooms (we even had some friends of ours come by for the night and stay) and it was still plenty of room and we weren't right on top of each other. The personal touches in this house are what really did it for us- you can tell the owners went above and beyond and really strive to make this house scream 'family time'. A mid-week call from the owner was a very pleasant surprise, ensuring we were having a good time and we had everything we need. Upon arrival, amidst the COVID-19 pandemic we were very happy to see the cleanliness of this house (both inside and outside pool/hot tub area). The extra touches to ensure we were comfortable and felt safe was so nice! It was nice to get away from Richmond and spend time at the beach during this pandemic. Thank you for a relaxing and wonderful week- we will most definitely come back!!!

This was our second year in a row renting Guaranteed Fun. We arrived on a sunny Saturday, but the weather quickly turned gloomy when a tropical storm rolled in. Despite the rain, we still enjoyed our time at the house. The hot tub is clean and well-maintained, as is the pool. The kitchen is stocked with all of the tools that you need to prepare meals. There are a few great restaurants nearby as well. The owners are very nice and checked in with us when the tropical storm began to roll, which we appreciated. There were games and videos to occupy us while in the house. We will definitely back to stay at this wonderful, family-oriented beach home!

Great location to restaurants, clean, non smoking and well maintained. Pool, hot tub, kitchen, baths and living areas all in excellent shape. Nice game room with pool table. Easily accessible to beach for handicap individuals. Would recommend it highly.

This is our fifth year staying at Guaranteed Fun and we absolutely love it. Great balconies and views and a swimming pool that the kids enjoy. Just steps from the beach, makes it so convenient and perfect. Within walking distance to bars and restaurants. This is my favorite vacation spot by far! Had an awesome week at this home. The location is perfect. Your steps from the beach as well as some of the best bars and restaurants in Kitty Hawk. Arts and RunDown Cafe are musts. The Food Lion gift card was a great touch as well. You won't be disappointed.

This house is perfect for everyone in the family. Beach lovers are super close and can head down to the beach no matter who wants to follow, and those less fond can stay at home by the pool. Perfect for bringing the whole family together. This is our favorite house on the Outer Banks and we have come back every year since we first stayed!

Our family has returned to this same house for the past 5 years and it never disappoints! A stone's throw away from the beach (literally!) and a wonderful, just-right-sized pool in the back make this getaway a homerun! We spent the week playing bag toss and kayaking on the beach then heading back to the house for lunch and some leisurely time by the pool. Inside, the amount of bedrooms and layout of the home allow everyone in your party plenty of room to gather together for fun & laughter or sneak away for a nap or quiet reading time on one of the many decks! The pool table adds another element of entertainment for both the kids and adults alike. We are already looking forward to next year's visit!

12 of our 3 generation family from east and west coast had a delightful stay at this spacious, no-detail-omitted, tastefully furnished charming home. The owners have taken great pains to present a welcoming and refreshing atmosphere. Plenty of space in every room. Two minor issues at the end of the week were resolved within 3 hours of our reporting it to Outer Banks Blue. Of the past 15 years tediously securing rentals for our family, my search has ended with this pearl. We have never returned to any former rental, but will definitely come back here. I am very thankful for the courtesies of the owner and Outer Banks Blue.

Perfect Family Vacation House! We have been coming to this house for the past three years and find it perfect four our family of 14. It is tastefully furnished and has a fully equipped kitchen and just steps from the ocean with an incredible view. Our family enjoys the pool and hot tub after spending the day on the beach. One of our favorite "extras" included in the rental credit for $250 for our choice of beach gear, i.e.: surf board, paddle boards, kayaks,bicycles, etc. We have never had any issues that were not taken care of immediately. All in all, it truly is a perfect family vacation home.
