Additional amenity details:
Private Pools are open from May 3, 2024 until October 13, 2024 and May 2, 2025 until October 12, 2025. Pool heat is not an option for this property. Pets are not allowed in pools under any circumstances. An additional fee will be charged to leaseholder for the chemical balance, cleaning or damage that would cause the replacement of a vinyl pool liner. Hot tubs are available year-round. Fireplace seen in photos is non-functioning and not available for use. This property provides a $250 credit toward beach gear delivered to your rental property. *Delivery fees may apply.* Offer only good for full weeks booked with check-ins beginning between May 24, 2024 and September 1, 2024.

All Outer Banks Blue properties provide bed linens and bath towels for a small fee added to every reservation. We provide 1 bath towel and washcloth per advertised occupant. We provide 1 hand towel and 1 bar of soap per bathroom sink. We also provide kitchen towels. Beds are made prior to your arrival, and we provide a starter supply of toilet paper, bathroom soap, paper towels, and dishwasher detergent.

Awesome

We stayed here in in 2021. Finally came back to the beach in 2023 and decided to try a house in Southern Shores. BIG MISTAKE!! A Pirate's Paradise was an absolute dream. Updated, immaculate and had everything you would ever need. Well done to the owner's on their property. This vacation this year doesn't even compare.

We finally found our forever beach house!

Wow...what an amazing house for our family and friends to get together! It's in a nice, quiet neighborhood, only a short walk to the beach via a very nicely maintained boardwalk. The beautiful pool/hot tub/patio area is the nicest we've stayed in since coming to OBX. The house has a very convenient layout with outside access to the downstairs bathroom and a premium grill (nicer than my own) located conveniently on the upper deck by the kitchen. Speaking of the kitchen, it is better stocked than my own home, with good quality pots, pans, blenders and everything else you need for the week. Media and entertainment options really have no bounds with the arcade machine, board games, beach toys, pool floats and even dog toys already in the house. We even got a personal call from the owner when we reported a problem to Outer Banks Blue about the premium cable channels that come with the house. Thank you so much to the owners for making this house so affordable to families like mine, while providing SO MUCH value at the same time. They truly had their tenants in mind when putting this house together, with the little touches that tend to go unnoticed like a sunscreen dispenser and towel hooks hanging outside by the pool. I've easily paid more for houses in years past that didn't come close to the amenities this house provides. After only a day into our vacation, we were calling to re-book for the following year. Outer Banks Blue had the house immaculately clean when we arrived, so kudos to them as well. Can't wait to be back for 2019! 5 ARRGHs indeed!

Even our dogs had a great vacation!!

We truly enjoyed our week here, thank you!!! We spent the week here with family that we only see a few times a year and we have decided to make this a tradition. The house had everything we needed, we were very impressed with how stocked the kitchen was! Everything was perfect!! We had a small minor issue with the toilet in the top floor master and the maintenance team was so fast to get there and get it fixed. We are looking forward to our next visit!! We really enjoyed the complementary dozen bagels from Lighthouse Deli, they were delicious, it was a nice treat! A huge thank you to the home owners for allowing us to stay in this great beach home!! The home was very clean when we arrived, thanks Outer Banks Blue!!
