Spacious Great Room with LCD TV, and amazing views. Kitchen is well stocked, and there is plenty of seating at the bar area, or the dining table. The bedrooms are comfortable, and inviting. You not only have an additional dune top deck for your enjoyment, you can also relax by the beautiful private pool with fresh colorful tiki bar. For some quiet time, relax in the covered hot tub on the mid-level deck, and enjoy a great ocean view. Enjoy a cool evening playing pool in the rec room or just relax on one of the ample oceanfront decks and enjoy a good book and the ocean breezes. There are direct steps from the dune top deck to the beach, so you’re just steps away from the sun and surf.

Additional amenity details: 
Private Pools are open from April 28, 2023 until October 15, 2023 and April 26, 2024 until October 13, 2024. Pool heat is an available option in this property, for a fee of $400 plus tax. Pets are not allowed in pools under any circumstances. An additional fee will be charged to leaseholder for the chemical balance, cleaning or damage that would cause the replacement of a vinyl pool liner. Hot tubs are available year-round. Gas fireplaces are shut down from May 15 until September 15.


All Outer Banks Blue properties provide bed linens and bath towels for a small fee added to every reservation. We provide 1 bath towel and washcloth per advertised occupant. We provide 1 hand towel and 1 bar of soap per bathroom sink. We also provide kitchen towels. Beds are made prior to your arrival, and we provide a starter supply of toilet paper, bathroom soap, paper towels, and dishwasher detergent.
