Located smack in the middle of Kill Devil Hills, there is access from the property to quiet secondary roads for biking, strolling or jogging for miles. Take a walk for some shopping or lunch. Free family activities are just a short drive from the property including community tennis courts, playground, outdoor skate park and skate rink. Avid runners and bikers can pick up the packed Nature Conservancy roads off the bike trail just on the west side. The Nature Conservancy has trails for enjoying the natural beauty of an ancient dune forest, or spend all day, every day on the beautiful beachfront (an easy walk from the property to the beach access). Pool heat is not an option for this property. Pets are not allowed in pools under any circumstances. An additional fee will be charged to leaseholder for the chemical balance, cleaning or damage that would cause the replacement of a vinyl pool liner. Hot tubs are available year-round. All Outer Banks Blue properties provide bed linens and bath towels for a small fee added to every reservation. We provide 1 bath towel and washcloth per advertised occupant. We provide 1 hand towel and 1 bar of soap per bathroom sink. We also provide kitchen towels. Beds are made prior to your arrival, and we provide a starter supply of toilet paper, bathroom soap, paper towels, and dishwasher detergent.
