"Asolare" translates: "The purposeless, agreeable, and leisurely passing of time." Set in a special location with private ocean access, this well equipped. This house is located in The Sanderling Resort in the Duck area.

Top level: Natural pine vaulted ceilings and floors line the spacious great room w/ 55" Flat Screen HDTV/VCR/DVD/stereo with Netflix, wood-burning fireplace, home theater with state-of-the-art indoor/outdoor music system, half bath, large ship's watch tower, sunroom with sound views, large den/office area w/ wireless internet service, dining area, eating bar, and a fully equipped kitchen. Outside large wrap around decks provide outstanding views of the ocean and sound, including spectacular sunrises and sunsets.

Mid Level: 2 King MBRs facing the ocean and 2 Queen MBRs-one w/a whirlpool, laundry. Outside wrap around decking includes seating, swing, hammock and hot tub as well as easy access to the ground deck and ocean.

Ground Level: Specially designed for children with 2 bedrooms-one with 1 Twin and one bunk bed, and one with 2 Queens-each w/ TV/VCR. Outside this level has 2 outdoor showers, a large ground deck with seating, and a built-in BBQ-area park grill, and a fish cleaning table.

Extras: Hot Tub(5), HD 55" TV in Great room, Netflix, Flatscreen TVs in every bedroom, 5 VCR's, DVD player, stereo w/CD, video/DVD/Book libraries, wireless internet, porch swing, hammock, fish cleaning station, wood-burning fireplace, ceiling fans, private boardwalk from the house through the dune to the ocean. Asolare Is a Great House -- Direct Ocean Views and Access, Well Appointed, Roomy, and Just Plain Great For Those Wanting/Needing 6 Bedrooms, a Rarity In Sanderling Where We Have Stayed the Last 27 Years.

This is by far our favorite Sanderling house, an area we have summer rented in for 26 years in a row. It is well-equipped, has a great beach access with a private boardwalk, sleeps 14 with ease and comfort, and is generally a great house with wonderful sound and ocean views.
