Ocean Sands Property and Crown Point Property do not allow certain recreational vehicles on the roads within these communities. These roads are privately owned by Coastland Corporation and maintained by the Ocean Sands and Crown Point Property Owners Associations. Coastland, the management company, as owner of these private roads, has the inherent right to regulate the use of the roads for the convenience and safety of the POA residents and guests.

Recreational and unlicensed motorized vehicles including motor homes, ATV's, motorized scooters, off-road motor bikes, golf carts and similar vehicles are prohibits on the private roads of Ocean Sands and Crown Point. Anyone found using one of these vehicles will be asked to refrain from doing so. Any of these vehicles found unattended on the property of Ocean Sands and Crown Point will be removed at the owner/operators expense.
