This lovely oceanside 4-bedroom duplex will welcome you with a relaxing ambiance, amenities galore, and a beautiful gated community for your family. Located in a circle cul-de-sac with parking for 1 car at the duplex and additional parking in the circle (maximum total cars are 4, no trailers allowed). Evenings in the hot tub will melt away your cares as you rest after a day on the beach with your family. Located in the gated Buck Island Community, the tree-lined streets and manicured grounds will bring a sigh of relief from everyone after the long drive. There are amenities for everyone! There are community tennis courts, a pool close to “Beachin Fun”, a half-court basketball court, and a playground for the little ones. 

If you are looking for a walkable location this is it. You will be walking distance to the Tim Buck II shopping center, restaurants, groceries, movies and family activities. Garage not available.

We are offering both sides of this duplex for rent: BU25A-Beachin Fun A and BU25B-Beachin Fun B if you would like to bring a larger group for twice the fun! 

*NOTE: RVs, campers, trailers, golf carts, boats, and 4-wheelers are NOT permitted at this property. Violations will be towed & result in a fine.

Additional Amenity Details: Hot tubs are available year-round. Gas fireplaces are shut down from May 15 until September 15. Community pools are open in-season only – exact dates must be confirmed by the property management company. All Outer Banks Blue vacation rentals include bed linens, with beds made prior to your arrival for convenience. We provide 1 bath towel and washcloth per advertised occupant, and 1 hand towel and 1 bar of soap per sink. Kitchens include drying towels. We also provide a starter supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, and toilet paper.
