This nicely appointed property has a beautiful pool and a landscaped (and fenced) backyard. Great for small family groups that want to enjoy the beach, and all the Outer Banks has to offer. Inside there are wood floors and a private deck off the top-level Queen Bedroom. Hooligan’s Hideaway is located in a great spot for active families. . .take a look at some of the activities that are just a short drive away: Movies, shopping, restaurants, the Wright Brother’s Memorial, and National Park area, Skate Park, Public Tennis and more. Bring the bikes as you are located just a few hundred feet from First Street leading west into a quiet neighborhood and miles and miles of the Outer Banks Bike route. This takes you the back way along the scenic sound front of Bay Drive, and South to the Wright Memorial. For the “fit as a fiddle” crowd, keep going a few more miles, and explore or hike through the Nags Head Woods preserve.

Pets are not allowed in pools under any circumstances. An additional fee will be charged to leaseholder for the chemical balance, cleaning or damage that would cause the replacement of a vinyl pool liner. This property provides a $250 credit toward beach gear delivered to your rental property. *Delivery fees may apply.* Offer only good for full weeks booked with check-ins beginning between May 24, 2024 and September 1, 2024.
All Outer Banks Blue properties provide bed linens and bath towels for a small fee added to every reservation. We provide 1 bath towel and washcloth per advertised occupant. We provide 1 hand towel and 1 bar of soap per bathroom sink. We also provide kitchen towels. Beds are made prior to your arrival, and we provide a starter supply of toilet paper, bathroom soap, paper towels, and dishwasher detergent.

Loved our stay!
Perfect house for our family! We had plenty of room for all 5 of us and our pup. We absolutely LOVED the sunroom – almost all indoor time was spent hanging out in there!! The temperature in the house was always very comfortable – even in the upstairs bedrooms. It was very clean when we arrived. It was great not to worry about keeping up with a key all week, just had to remember the code. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need, we loved the melamine dishes but it could use some updated pans. We were happily surprised to find a Keurig! The walk to the beach was easy, only a few houses down to the public beach access. The pool was a refreshing way to end our days. The grass/weeds were a little too high even for our pups long legs but still thankful he could come along with us. OBX Blue has been amazing. Thankfully we did not have any issues with the property while we were there but the communication prior, during and even after our stay has been exceptional.
