This appealing property has a great location (semi-oceanfront) with views, close beach access, and exciting amenities including a fenced-in private pool with a hot tub! And don’t forget, your dogs are welcome! Several outdoor table sets allow for eating ‘al fresco’ or just hanging out enjoying the ocean view, the pool area, or the screened porch. The ground-level rec room is spacious and offers a foosball table for some fast-paced fun. A full wet bar and a queen sleeper sofa are also located in the rec room. The location is just as exciting as the property itself! Located smack in the middle of Kill Devil Hills, there is access from the property to quiet secondary roads for biking, strolling or jogging for miles. Take a walk for some shopping or lunch. Free family activities are just a short drive from the property including community tennis courts, playground, outdoor skate park and skate rink. Avid runners and bikers can pick up the packed Nature Conservancy roads off the bike trail just on the west side. The Nature Conservancy has trails for enjoying the natural beauty of an ancient dune forest, or spend all day, every day on the beautiful beachfront (an easy walk from the property to the beach access). Fireplace seen in photos is non-functioning and not available for use. This property provides a $250 credit toward beach gear delivered to your rental property. *Delivery fees may apply.* Offer only good for full weeks booked with check-ins beginning between May 22, 2026 and September 6, 2026.
All Outer Banks Blue vacation rentals include bed linens, with beds made prior to your arrival for convenience. We provide 1 bath towel and washcloth per advertised occupant, and 1 hand towel and 1 bar of soap per sink. Kitchens include drying towels. We also provide a starter supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, and toilet paper.
