Central Location with Local Charm

Walk or bike to local restaurants, beach shops, delis, gift stores, ice cream, and the area's best nightlife. Go carts, putt putt, bowling, the movie theater, and multiple arcades are all located within a few miles.
 

• Jack Brown’s Beer & Burger Joint, Outer Banks Brewing Station, and Holy Cow Creamery are all just down the street.
• Bring or rent bikes and explore the miles of scenic soundside paths and Nature Conservancy trails, located in the Nags Head Woods Preserve.
• Public tennis courts, a skate park, and the Wright Brothers Memorial trails are less than 5 minutes away.
• Love to fish? Piers in both directions are great for casting a line or enjoying an evening stroll over the ocean. There’s even a dedicated parking pad for your boat, if you're trailering one down.

• Top-Level: Partial ocean views from the front deck, an open kitchen with a large bar, dining table, and living area, plus a screened porch with seating for six.
• Mid-Level: Most bedrooms are located here, including several with deck access.
• Ground-Level: Rec room with pool table, wet bar, full-size fridge, and ice maker for easy poolside drinks. Step right out to the pool and hot tub area.

Outdoor Living

Cool off in the private pool, soak in the hot tub, or fire up the grill for lunch after the beach. The newly expanded back yard provides plenty of space for your pup to play! Both east facing decks offer an ocean view.

Additional amenity details: 
Private Pools are open starting the first weekend in May through the second weekend in October. Pool heat is not an option for this property. Pets are not allowed in pools under any circumstances. An additional fee will be charged to the leaseholder for the chemical balance, cleaning, or damage that would cause the replacement of a vinyl pool liner. Hot tubs are available year-round. Fireplace seen in photos is non-functioning and not available for use. This property provides a $250 credit toward beach gear delivered to your rental property. *Delivery fees may apply.* Offer only good for full weeks booked with check-ins beginning between May 22, 2026 and September 6, 2026.


All Outer Banks Blue vacation rentals include bed linens, with beds made prior to your arrival for convenience. We provide 1 bath towel and washcloth per advertised occupant, and 1 hand towel and 1 bar of soap per sink. Kitchens include drying towels. We also provide a starter supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, and toilet paper.
