“Let’s Do Sunset” is the perfect name for this adorable cottage! Boasting a great pool area with Tiki Bar and sparkling pool, the sunset views from the rooftop deck are absolutely breathtaking! Rent bikes or bring your own, because this established local neighborhood has quiet streets and miles of bike paths along the sound for gorgeous views. Located on the west side, near the sound, there is plenty of free parking at beach accesses all along Kitty Hawk and Kill Devil Hills to take advantage of for a day on the beach. Meanwhile, when the day on the beach is done, you will have a quiet, charming and delightful refuge for your family to enjoy. The kitchen has beadboard cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and quality countertops. The décor is beachy cottage chic. Bedrooms have quality bedding, pretty décor, and Smart TV’s.

This is a good selection for families because of the quiet streets and lovely neighborhood to enjoy while walking. Plenty of decks and the gated pool deck make it easy to relax. Centrally located to restaurants, family activities, movies and shopping. Select the house locals would pick at “Let’s Do Sunset”.

Additional amenity details: 
Private Pools are open starting the first weekend in May through the second weekend in October. Pool heat is not an option for this property. Pets are not allowed in pools under any circumstances.  An additional fee will be charged to leaseholder for the chemical balance, cleaning or damage that would cause the replacement of a vinyl pool liner.


All Outer Banks Blue vacation rentals include bed linens, with beds made prior to your arrival for convenience. We provide 1 bath towel and washcloth per advertised occupant, and 1 hand towel and 1 bar of soap per sink. Kitchens include drying towels. We also provide a starter supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, and toilet paper.
