Located in Kill Devil Hills' Lower Avalon neighborhood, this property is just across the bypass from Avalon Pier and only 300 ft. from the Wright brothers Multi-Use Path - perfect for sunset views over the sound. This area is great for biking and walking, and is only a few streets away from the Milepost 6 Plaza - a popular spot for coffee at Front Porch Café, or craft beer and wine at Chip's Market.

Stepping inside the ground-level rec room, there are plenty of games for the whole family - a large tic-tac-toe board, foosball table, and board games galore will keep you busy for hours on those rainy days. The mid-level is the heart of the house: a spacious kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a small center island make it easy to visit and prepare food at the same time! Two king bedrooms (one with an en suite bathroom) fill out the rest of the living space on the mid-level. Upstairs are the final three bedrooms: two bedrooms with dual twin beds for kids or singles, and a final king bed rounds out the sleeping arrangements.

The outdoor area of the houses are just as luxurious, with a mid-level deck and an under-house area both furnished with rugs and comfortable, cushioned armchairs and sofas.
