Just like an Italian cruise, “Casa Spiaggia” helps you get away from it all! From the private pool to the quiet Kitty Hawk beaches, you can loosen up and take a breather at the beach with your family. Relax on family friendly beaches all day in the sand and sun! The great pool and poolside deck with the hot tub will give you hours of enjoyment with the entire family. Kids can play and splash in the pool, adults can relax in the hot tub or soak up some rays by the pool. Have fun mixing up beverages at the poolside bar. Even Fido can come along because “Casa Spiaggia” allows dogs! When it's time to cool off just kick off your flip flops and enjoy the cool ground level rec room and the air hockey table.

The kitchen in the open floor plan has a center bar area so you can include everyone in meal prep. There is plenty of seating for everyone! All TV's are Smart TV's for streaming and games. Great Room and Rec Room also have cable so you can catch the games, no problem! Relax on the top deck overlooking partial ocean views over the quaint Kitty Hawk beach cottages and quiet streets. Between the house and the ocean are quiet streets for biking and jogging. It is at a great location close to restaurants, shopping, and family activities.

Additional amenity details:
Private Pools are open starting the first weekend in May through the second weekend in October. Pool heat is an available option in this property, for a fee of $400 plus tax. Pets are not allowed in pools under any circumstances. An additional fee will be charged to leaseholder for the chemical balance, cleaning or damage that would cause the replacement of a vinyl pool liner. Hot tubs are available year-round. Fireplace seen in photos is non-functioning and not available for use.


All Outer Banks Blue vacation rentals include bed linens, with beds made prior to your arrival for convenience. We provide 1 bath towel and washcloth per advertised occupant, and 1 hand towel and 1 bar of soap per sink. Kitchens include drying towels. We also provide a starter supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, and toilet paper.

5-Star experience
We loved our experience with Outer Banks Blue Vacation Rentals. Their check-in process was so easy, and they provided all the house info we needed in one place that they sent to my phone. They were very responsive via text, though we didn't have to contact them with any issues. We stayed at KH022-Casa Spiaggia, and it was a great place for a family. The house was stocked, and a lot of kid plates, bowls, etc. The pool was a big hit with all the kids, and the house also had a baby pool, noodles, and some other toys available. The walk to the beach wasn't too long, and it was easy to stay on the grass for the short part of the walk that's on the highway. We used the beach rental credits and are so glad we did because the beach cart was amazing. There's no path or mat, so it is a little difficult to get up over the dunes with a cart or wagon and the sand gets incredibly hot, so don't forget your water shoes! The living space at the house was nice and open. We had some great game nights and movie nights. The table was big enough to fit everyone comfortably. We grilled one night too and enjoyed popsicles at the outdoor seating on the top deck. We loved the outdoor shower set up and the fact that the basement half bath was accessible from the pool deck for bathroom break. We had a great stay!

Best Family Vacation Ever
Beautiful, spacious house. The pool was the center of family fun. The walk to the beach is about 7 minutes. My family said this has been the best house we have rented at Outer Banks and we have rented houses in Outer Banks about 20 times.

The house was very clean! Nicely decorated! Kitchen was well stocked. Lots of pool supplies to entertain the grandkids. Great game room! Plenty of yard space for my pup. I would rent this home again!!

Friends Getaway
We truly enjoyed our stay. We all meet up every few months to get together and catch up. We all ride motorcycles, so we came for the bike weekend and it was Great! Not so crazy nonsense and busy like other places. Great riding areas to see and explore My husband and I use to come here in years past, (20) every year and stayed in Frisco, and it is CRAZY how much things have grown! Thanks you so much for sharing your home with us. We would definitely like to come back again,…possibly make it a yearly trip

Best Week
This house was beautiful and clean and had everything we needed for a great vacation. All 8 of us were able to fit comfortably at the large dining table and there was plenty of seating for even more guests. The air hockey table and video game machine were a hit! Unfortunately, the short cut path behind the house to the beach was fenced off, but the house is close enough to the side street that it wasn't an issue. We would definitely stay here again!

We do not recommend our guests to cut through neighbor's yards to get to the beach so the distance to the beach noted in the description is from the driveway to the closest beach access. You are correct, it is not a difficult journey to the beach from this very popular house. We are glad you had fun and will be back again!

Perfect home away from home
This is a great house in a great location, close to popular restaurants and shopping. The deck has plenty of space for morning coffee and evening libations, with tables and lots of seating. The ocean view is a plus - easy walk to the beach for sun and fun. Pool is great for the kids too. Clean, large rooms for all. We will be back for sure!
