It sits on Beach Road across the street from the ocean with very close public beach access to a gorgeous life guarded beach! Enjoy the ocean views from one of two large front decks with ample deck furniture on the top deck. This house also has two back decks with a large top deck overlooking the pool, fenced in back yard, and Jockey’s Ridge State Park. Enjoy the stunning sunset views from this top back deck or access the crow’s nest deck to see both the ocean view and sunset views over Jockey’s Ridge!
“Double Dip” offers three separate gathering areas, so there is plenty of room for the whole family to relax and hang out in their own space. There are games, DVDs, puzzles, and books available for guests to enjoy.
When staying at Double Dip, you are close to many local favorites like Lucky 12, Tortugas, Austin Fish Company, Nags Head Fishing Pier, ice cream shops, coffee shops, as well as many other restaurants and shopping. All Outer Banks Blue properties provide bed linens and bath towels for a small fee added to every reservation. We provide 1 bath towel and washcloth per advertised occupant. We provide 1 hand towel and 1 bar of soap per bathroom sink. We also provide kitchen towels. Beds are made prior to your arrival, and we provide a starter supply of toilet paper, bathroom soap, paper towels, and dishwasher detergent.

Beautiful Beach House!
Our family of 8 stayed at Double Dip beach house and loved it! The house was very well decorated (just like the photos) and it had everything we needed. Unfortunately, our trip was dampened by a Noreaster with winds and cold temperatures, so we didn't get to enjoy the pool as much as we wanted but the hot tub was our best friend. There was so much space for all of us to relax. We loved all the deck space and the crows nest had amazing views! Outer Banks Blue was very response when our beach towels were not delivered, and the washer was leaking...they did their best to accommodate us ASAP. The location of the rental was perfect! We were a short walk away from the beach access, Convivence store and restaurants/fish market. We had the best time and would return in the future (hopefully with better weather).

how do you access the beach, what is the path to get from house to beach

The beach is located 420 ft from the property. There is a public beach access North of the property that you would use on East Hollowell Street.
