Additional amenity details:
Private Pools are open from May 3, 2024 until October 13, 2024 and May 2, 2025 until October 12, 2025. Pool heat is not an option for this property. Pets are not allowed in pools under any circumstances. An additional fee will be charged to leaseholder for the chemical balance, cleaning or damage that would cause the replacement of a vinyl pool liner. Hot tubs are available year-round. Gas fireplaces are shut down from May 15 until September 15. This property provides a $250 credit toward beach gear delivered to your rental property. *Delivery fees may apply.* Offer only good for full weeks booked with check-ins beginning between May 24, 2024 and September 1, 2024.

All Outer Banks Blue properties provide bed linens and bath towels for a small fee added to every reservation. We provide 1 bath towel and washcloth per advertised occupant. We provide 1 hand towel and 1 bar of soap per bathroom sink. We also provide kitchen towels. Beds are made prior to your arrival, and we provide a starter supply of toilet paper, bathroom soap, paper towels, and dishwasher detergent.

Very nice rental

We loved Huron Haven, stayed a week in July 2024. Plent of living space on the top floor, and the kitchen was stocked well so we had everything we needed for meals. A crock pot would be a nice addition, though. Please note, when we moved in we were surprised to see the dresser that is pictured in the top floor bedroom with queen bed was gone. No replacement so nowhere to put your things other than a closet. We did report this to OBB so they didn't think we took off with it. Also, the DVD that was advertised was not there. OBB replaced it immediately, thank you. We are pool owners so we are very familiar with taking care of a pool and we have to say the filter needs new sand or something. The pool was sparkling and clean when we arrived, but as the week went on it got more and more murky and the force of the filter slowed down to almost nothing. Not appealing at all. However, the pool area itself is very nice, lots of chairs and room to move around. The pool is a great design, with a shallow end that children can play in and a graduated deep end with ladder. We would gladly stay here again in the future.

Great location...private...beautiful view. A couple things in house need to be corrected but great overall! You'll get your steps in!

Perfect Family Vacation Spot!

Awesome house for a fun family beach vacation. Lots of room to spread out. The pool and hot tub are great. And, of course, the deck and wood path to the beach are fantastic. The beach itself is beautiful, lots of sand, tons of pelicans and other birds and so many dolphins to watch!

Beach Paradise

We enjoyed our stay for Spring Break! The house is as beautiful and spacious as advertised. Quick walk to the beach and located near many places to shop and eat. Communication with owners was quick and courteous. Looking forward to coming back during the summer!
