There will be no complaining here at this lovely Corolla beach property! Located one block from the ocean access, you can spend long days on the beach and return for an afternoon by the private pool! "Shorely Blessed" (formerly Beach 'N and Wine 'N) welcomes everyone for a great week at the beach! The kitchen will be a pleasure to prepare meals in and the large dining table right beside the kitchen bar lets everyone be together for meals. Need more space? The loft with table offers a great space for games, puzzles, and additional seating for meals.

Active beach lovers can also enjoy the community tennis or community pool just down the street! The Ocean Lakes Community is not far from all the shopping, groceries, and family activities you would want on your vacation.

Additional amenity details: 
Private Pools are open starting the first weekend in May through the second weekend in October. Pool heat is not an option for this property. Hot tubs are available year-round. Community pools are open in-season only – exact dates must be confirmed by the property management company. Fireplace seen in photos is non-functioning and not available for use. 


All Outer Banks Blue vacation rentals include bed linens, with beds made prior to your arrival for convenience. We provide 1 bath towel and washcloth per advertised occupant, and 1 hand towel and 1 bar of soap per sink. Kitchens include drying towels. We also provide a starter supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, and toilet paper.

More Memories Made
We stayed here in 2022 and loved the house and location. This trip was much the same. The location, bedrooms and amenities worked perfectly for our family. We found the house clean and well stocked. One compliant we had(and recalled it was an issue last time) were the flies out by the pool. Also, the grill needs to go. I’m sure it gets a lot of use, but this early in the season it should be clean and in good working condition. It actually caught fire while preheating. Overall, we would stay again. We will bring fly spray and hope for a new grill next year.

My family and I had our yearly family vacation here about 5-6 years ago and loved it. We jumped on the opportunity to stay at this lovely property as soon as we saw it was available again. Everything about it was perfect: location, the beds, views, amenities. You name it they had it. We can’t wait to stay again!

Good Time!

Shorely Blessed is a very nice property with wonderful decks, great pool and loved having access to the beach wagon to transport all the 'stuff'. There were some issues, but all were addressed quickly by the property management team. The one bit of feedback I would have is it should be 'listed' on the site that smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property. We are a family that has rented here in OBX for many years. They always say 'No Smoking' and we respect that .... for INSIDE the property. The fact that we could not smoke around the pool or on the decks was a surprise that came on the 'check-in' instructions..... was in embedded in the contract? Likely was....nevertheless, should be known up front on the listing for all to see....$500 fine if smoking on property detected and there are cameras. We are very respectful of the properties we rent and never leave anything behind that would detect smoking. We likely would not have rented, however there are MANY people that would love that fact. Put it in the listing clearly....

Third year staying in Corolla. This was the best place we have rented. Everything was clean, modern and worked. Deck furniture was great (not cheap plastic like other house we stayed in) Close to the beach, sun hit pool in afternoon making the water temperature just right for our afternoon dips! Great location, bike riding distance to shops and les than 5 minute drive to golf. The owners took their time with this unit and did it right.
