A Summer Place
Check in was as scheduled, everything was very clean, lots of well stocked kitchen equipment. My family loved the fact of 8 bathrooms, pool table a huge hit with teenagers, they all liked the fact there was enough space to get away from each other if necessary

Nice Place-Could Be Great
Our extended family of 16 had a very pleasant stay overall. Close to the beach with a great deck, nice pool, enjoyable hot tub, pool table, etc made this almost perfect. But, we had continual trouble with both ice makers/dispensers that never worked properly even with repairs. A suggestion would be to add a second refrigerator in the kitchen to better provide for a large crowd. There are two dishwashers and that did help a lot. Toilet paper holders in multiple bathrooms were off the wall and broken. The outside grill was in poor condition-would suggest replacement and a cover when not in use. With a few improvements, A Summer Place would be hard to beat.

Thanks for your nice comments. We are glad you had such a great time in A Summer Place. We didn't hear from you about the grill and the toilet paper holders during your stay or we would have been happy to get those fixed. We have taken action on them since we received your review. It would be really hard to find enough room to put a 2nd refrigerator in the kitchen area, but we've passed your suggestion along to the property owner.
