 Welcome to The Salty Seahorses, a family- and pup-friendly retreat in the heart of Corolla’s Ocean Sands community (Section M). This well-maintained oceanside home is designed for relaxation and togetherness, with plenty of space to spread out, enjoy the outdoors, and make unforgettable beach memories.

Location & Community
Set in a peaceful neighborhood surrounded by nature, you’ll love the convenient beach access path—just 1,390 ft. away. For a more leisurely outing, enjoy the scenic walking trail around the stocked 7-acre lake, perfect for spotting turtles, birds, and other local wildlife. Guests also have access to the community bike path and nearby tennis courts for even more ways to enjoy the outdoors.

Outdoor Fun
Your private pool, bubbling hot tub, and multiple decks set the stage for lounging and laughter. In 2026, you’ll have both a gas grill and a charcoal grill at your disposal, making cookouts a breeze. Comfortable outdoor furniture ensures everyone has a favorite spot, whether it’s sunbathing, stargazing, or sipping a drink poolside.

Indoor Amenities
Inside, the fun continues with a ground-level rec room featuring an air hockey table, arcade game, Smart TV, and two full-size refrigerators to keep snacks and drinks within easy reach. Nearly every room comes with a Smart TV, and both levels have deck access for seamless indoor-outdoor living.

The home sleeps up to 12 comfortably with four thoughtfully arranged bedrooms:
 

• 3 of 4 Bedrooms have direct bathroom access – Mid-level king master bedroom has private access, and the top-level king and mid-level double bedroom share access to full bathrooms.
• 1 King Master Bedroom – Located on the mid-level, also has deck access.
• 1 Bunk Room – Featuring a pyramid bunk, twin bunk, and trundle—perfect for kids or cousins’ sleepovers.

Gather & Dine
On the top level, the open living and dining spaces are wrapped in natural light, with easy deck access to catch the ocean breeze. The well-stocked kitchen has all the essentials—plus both drip and Keurig coffee makers—for casual meals or family feasts. The dining table seats 8, with additional seating at the kitchen bar.

Additional amenity details: 
Private Pools are open starting the first weekend in May through the second weekend in October. Pool heat is not an option for this property. Pets are not allowed in pools under any circumstances. An additional fee will be charged to the leaseholder for the chemical balance, cleaning, or damage that would cause the replacement of a vinyl pool liner. Hot tubs are available year-round. Fireplace seen in photos is not available for guest use. 


All Outer Banks Blue vacation rentals include bed linens, with beds made prior to your arrival for convenience. We provide 1 bath towel and washcloth per advertised occupant, and 1 hand towel and 1 bar of soap per sink. Kitchens include drying towels. We also provide a starter supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, and toilet paper.
