The beach is just a quarter mile from the house at the Ocean Sands Section P access, with the added peace of mind of a lifeguard stand staffed from Memorial Day through Labor Day.

Inside, the home has been thoughtfully designed with comfort in mind, from updated furnishings and comfortable beds to inviting spaces for everyone to gather or unwind. The open-concept top-level features a comfortable living room, updated kitchen, and plenty of dining space for the whole family. The top-level screened porch is another favorite spot to unwind with morning coffee, a good book, or an evening drink while enjoying the coastal breeze. On the mid-level, the shaded deck with Adirondack chairs offers a quieter place to relax and enjoy the hot tub. When everyone is ready for some indoor fun, the ground-level rec room features ping pong, a kitchenette, and TV - a great second gathering space for kids and adults alike.

Walk to the Beach & Explore Corolla
There is plenty to enjoy close to home. In addition to the nearby beach access, Turtle Cove at the Ocean Sands lake is about a 4-minute walk away, where you can visit the turtles and enjoy the walking path around the lake. Enjoy fishing? The lake is stocked, so bring your fishing pole! The wide paved Corolla walking and biking path is also nearby, making it easy to explore the area on foot or by bike - whether that means a morning walk to Lighthouse Bagels or heading out later to browse the shops and restaurants at Timbuck II. Local favorites like North Banks Restaurant & Raw Bar, La Dolce Vita, and Mike Dianna’s Grill Room are all within walking distance or just minutes away by car, along with Harris Teeter, Food Lion, ice cream, shopping, and plenty of additional dining options.

Additional Amenity Details: Private Pools are open starting the first weekend in May through the second weekend in October. Pool heat is not an option for this property. Pets are not allowed in pools under any circumstances. All Outer Banks Blue properties provide bed linens and bath towels for a small fee added to every reservation. We provide 1 bath towel and washcloth per advertised occupant. We provide 1 hand towel and 1 bar of soap per bathroom sink. We also provide kitchen towels. Beds are made prior to your arrival, and we provide a starter supply of toilet paper, bathroom soap, paper towels, and dishwasher detergent.
