New for 2026: Flooring replaced in the master bedroom top floor.  All new landscaping in the front of the house adjacent to the pool. 

New for 2025: Entire kitchen redone including new cabinets, new appliances, sinks and faucets, new backsplash, lighting, bar stool seating.  Dining and great room on the top floor entirely redone with new couches, chairs, lighting, flooring, paintings, UV block on great room sliders.  New enclosed fence dog walking and rest area adjacent to the pool.

New for 2024: All bathrooms have new décor and lighting/plumbing fixtures. Ground-level media room has a new queen pullout sofa and new 55” Smart TV and sound bar. New exterior furniture for decks, porches, and poolside. Expanded parking for 8 vehicles with widened driveway for improved access. Private Pools are open starting the first weekend in May through the second weekend in October. Pool heat is an available option in this property, for a fee of $400 plus tax. Pets are not allowed in pools under any circumstances.  An additional fee will be charged to leaseholder for the chemical balance, cleaning or damage that would cause the replacement of a vinyl pool liner. Hot tubs are available year-round. Gas fireplaces are shut down from May 15 until September 15. This property provides a $250 credit toward beach gear delivered to your rental property. *Delivery fees may apply.* Offer only good for full weeks booked with check-ins beginning between May 22, 2026 and September 6, 2026.


All Outer Banks Blue vacation rentals include bed linens, with beds made prior to your arrival for convenience. We provide 1 bath towel and washcloth per advertised occupant, and 1 hand towel and 1 bar of soap per sink. Kitchens include drying towels. We also provide a starter supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, and toilet paper.

Super stay
The house was spacious and well thought out for a large family gathering. Double refrigerators, sinks and dishwashers was a plus for cooking. Would have liked more bath towels. Didn't end up bringing our dog, but there was a separate space for dogs on the property which was nice to see. Property did not smell like pets; very clean! Double shower in primary bathroom was a fun bonus; very resort like! Short walk to beach access. Lots of decks and places to hang out in the house - very spacious. Enjoyed the puzzles and collection of games in main living room. Great property!

Needs new Mattresses and some basic cleaning
This is the 2nd year in a row we have rented this house. The house itself is great over all, but the mattresses need to be replaced. The one in the Master on the top floor, all three on the middle floor. Last year Hubby and I slept in the Master and walking in and looking at the sag on both sides of the bedspread, we knew we were in trouble. So this year we both took a room on the 2nd floor and they were just as bad. A 8 -9 inch mattress, and when you sit on it, it smashes down to 1/2 inch. Absolutely no support. The back aches are not worth the stay. I understand you can't replace every year, but these mattresses are horrible. I had to sleep at the foot of the bed on a diagonal to try and help. I would also like to add, the ppl coming in the house to clean and check things didn't do it this time. There was a full trashcan under the house with trash lying on the concrete up to the elevator. I didn't appreciate having to clean up after someone else. And they left the propane tank valve open, so I have no idea if there is any in the tank we didn't cook out. AND pulling dirty dishes from the cabinets. Glasses looked like they were put there after drinking milk. And the food on the utensils. I'm sorry to complain, but this is unacceptable for the money we pay.

Awesome vacation
We had a great time in the Outer Banks! This house had it all except air conditioning on the top level when we first arrived. One phone call to Outer Banks Blue and that was corrected quickly and did not impact our vacation in the least. Thanks for your prompt response. Great house and plenty of room for sleeping and fun. This was our second year at this house and with this company and we hope to make it a third for next season.

Great location, Plenty of space!
Great location, Plenty of space! Our family thoroughly enjoyed “Just for you” with the perfect location to restaurants, shops and so close to the beach access. There was ample space in the home, and the kitchen was incredible. Having en suites in every bedroom was exceptional and the beds were so comfy - everyone slept so well! The hot tub was perfect for April! We would definitely stay again!!
