All bedrooms are beautifully decorated and the Great Room offers breathtaking views and luxurious comfort for the entire family. Amazing Time!
We had the most amazing stay at this vacation home! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The house has such a warm, welcoming vibe—it’s clear a lot of care has gone into making it a relaxing space with all your needs. The highlight for us was the huge pool area! There was so much space for the kids to play, splash, and burn off energy while the adults lounged nearby. It felt like our own private resort, and we spent hours out there every day.One of the best parts of this home is how close it is to the beach. The walk was incredibly short—just a few minutes door to sand—which made it super easy to go back and forth without any stress (even with kids in tow!). We would rebook this spot for sure in the future!

Excellent Location!
We are a family of 6, 4 children-ages range from 8-13. We alll loved this property! Its location was very convenient! Beach access was right across the street where we felt comfortable enough to let our kids walk across and hang on the beach by themselves for a bit. Had to go to the grocery store a few times and the Food Lion was only 6 mins away. My husband and son golf and course was 10 mins away. We were able to minigolf and shop also less than 10 mins away. Restaurants and ice cream shops so very close. And Jockey’s Ridge was 10 mins away also! House was beautiful, balconies from every room with beautiful views..pool and hot tub worked well although too cold for me, my kids went in.

Great Beach Access
We all loved that the beach access was right across the street, so convenient! Caught 13 fish during our stay, most came from Jeanette’s Pier. We enjoyed having a private pool, and a game room with a pool table and fuse ball table as well! The house is roomy and decorated very nicely. Kitchen is well stocked with everything you’ll need.

Great house, kids loved hot tub, game room, bunk room. House was well equipped with everything. Nice rooms with bathrooms with each room. Close to beach. Realty kept in touch , reminded about trash pickup nights. So many places to see nearby. We all were extremely happy to be there, couldn’t rate it high enough.

Livin The Dream OBX is the perfect place to stay! The location is great.. just a quick walk across the street to the beach, or a quick drive to gas station, fast food, restaraunts, and shopping. House had all the necessities I could think of. Pool and Hot Tub make it the perfect place. There are lots of games and puzzles as well. It was very clean and welcoming. We have stayed there every season and will continue to come back.
