Bring the gang to enjoy a great family-friendly beach vacation at ‘Fay’s Sunny Daze’. Traditional property just across the street from the beach access with views, views and more views! After a day on the beach everyone can cool off in the private pool, and enjoy evenings in the hot tub. The sun/dining room offers beautiful sunsets while you are enjoying dinner and the kitchen has plenty of space for extra hands preparing meals. The Great Room has a LCD TV, game table and deck access with great ocean views.

Located in South Creek Acres, a division of South Nags Head, there is a community pool and community tennis courts for you to enjoy. Minutes away from Oregon Inlet, it’s a fisherman’s paradise and Lighthouse lover’s station. Bodie Island Lighthouse is minutes away and visible from the property, and the Hatteras Lighthouse is about 45 minutes away. The Outer Banks Pier offers fun for all, day or night! Close to outlet shopping, restaurants, groceries, and Jennette’s Pier with the N. C. Aquarium activities for young and old.

Additional amenity details: 
Private Pools are open starting the first weekend in May through the second weekend in October. Pool heat is not an option for this property. Hot tubs are available year-round. Community pools are open in-season only – exact dates must be confirmed by the property management company. The fireplace seen in the photos is non-functioning and not available for use.


All Outer Banks Blue vacation rentals include bed linens, with beds made prior to your arrival for convenience. We provide 1 bath towel and washcloth per advertised occupant, and 1 hand towel and 1 bar of soap per sink. Kitchens include drying towels. We also provide a starter supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, and toilet paper.

Great House for the Family
Pool was excellent and a great option for those who did not want to swim in the ocean each day. The hot tub was nice for the adults in the evening. It was a very short walk to the beach and the beach access has parking so it was easy to bring chairs, coolers, etc. We enjoyed it being far enough south from the hustle and bustle of downtown nags head. The home was well equipped for cooking and entertaining. Peaceful, quiet, and relaxing, would absolutely rent again!

Fantastic Location & House
This house is in an amazing location. You are steps away from the beach and within walking distance to Fish Heads. We have stayed at this house multiple times and always had a good experience. The house can accommodate several couples. The place has always been clean and the beds were comfy! The shining stars of this house are the pool, hot tubs, and multiple decks. Go check it out for your next family vacation, you will not be disappointed.

Relaxing stay at OBX
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The kitchen is well stocked and had everything we needed to relax and enjoy meals with friends at the large dining room table. The pool is a great addition so there is still somewhere to swim when the red flag is flying on the beach. The home has easy access to dining and entertainment, and the views can't be beat. Whether it was coffee on the front porch with views of the ocean or a glass of wine on the back deck for the sunsets this house definitely didn't dissapoint! We will be back...

Great house and location
This was our 2nd time staying in this house. Overall, the house is clean and the location to the beach is great. However, there are a few things that need attention and updating. The couch isn't the most comfortable and the seating is not conducive for the whole family. The bunk beds in the room downstairs need new mattresses badly. The downstairs hall bathroom sink kept clogging and the towel bar was broken. A table by the pool would be nice. The exterior of the house on the decks are very dirty with dead bugs and needs to be washed off. I really hope these updates are well considered because it really is a great house.

We've fixed the towel bar and unclogged the commode. Next time be sure to let us know of any problems while you are here instead of waiting till you get home. We would have been glad to correct these things right away.

Location - FANTASTIC.
This house had the potential to be one of my favorite rentals. The location so fantastic. Right across from a lifeguard beach that doesn't get much traffic. Beautiful sunsets from the back porch. Private pool and hot tub. Kitchen had all the things we needed. However, the house itself is a hot mess. The top bunk of one of the bunch beds is broken. The ladder to the bunk bed was broken. OBB came and "fixed" it to the best they could, but it really needs to be replaced. The mattress are so bad, you can see them concave. The front post of the house is splintering off and the posted is twisting. The stairs to the main door are a death trap and completely crooked. The back porch doesn't even have a corner post. You can see where they jerryrigged it in one spot. I loved this house for the location. However, I will not return until the owner does some major renovations and upgrades to the beds. (ALL of the beds). No fault to outer banks blue, but I hope the owner give the house the love it desperately needs!!!!!

We loved this house. Would suggest getting rid of the foosball table and making this an extra sitting room/tv room overall great house and great location Sorry my review is so late, Definately would stay again just need more bedrooms
