The Great Room has a gas fireplace perfect for off-season holiday gatherings. Spacious with 9 bedrooms plus additional gathering areas on three floors gives you room to spread out and relax. Take in the beauty of Corolla on one of many decks around the property. Located on the corner of Sturgeon Access it’s a straight shot to the beach to make it easy for everyone to enjoy the beautiful Corolla beaches!

The kitchen has all you need plus granite countertops. The dining table seats 14, a great plus for families at mealtime. The property boasts a Great Room and the ground-level rec room with a full-size pool table and wet bar with a full-size refrigerator gives everyone a spot to enjoy! There is a private pool (salt treated system) with ample deck for seating, poolside hot tub, and a poolside bar with seating under the patio off the pool deck. Does the den in this house have doors to it so if the futon is used to sleep on they have privacy?

Answer:

Yes, the mid-level den has doors for privacy. Also, the futon was replaced by a recliner couch in 2021. 

Is Corolla a life-guarded beach?

Yes, there are lifeguard stands as well as roving lifeguards on four wheelers during the summer in Corolla

Yes you can use a tent for shade but it cannot be left on the beach overnight.

How do you get to the beach?

You can get to the beach access by walking one house to the south and then east one block.  It is just less than 500 ft from the home.

Does this home have a Keurig coffee machine?
