Bring your family to a quality family destination with beautiful interiors, a private pool, a hot tub, and just one house from the beach access. Cozy and charming, the coastal ambiance welcomes you upon arrival to enjoy a relaxing week at the beach. Families with small children would like the separation between the house and pool for additional safety. A large pool, ample decking for seating, and a pergola to help block the sun will make this the most popular spot at the house. The ocean views from the front decks are quite a beautiful bonus. 

It's an easy walk to the beach and conveniently located near shopping, movies, restaurants, and other family activities. You will want to return to this lovely accommodation year after year!

Additional Amenity Details:
Private Pools are open starting the first weekend in May through the second weekend in October. Pool heat is not an option for this property. Pets are not allowed in pools under any circumstances. An additional fee will be charged to the leaseholder for the chemical balance, cleaning, or damage that would cause the replacement of a vinyl pool liner. Hot tubs are available year-round. The fireplace seen in the photos is non-functioning and not available for use. Gas fireplaces are shut down from May 15 until September 15. This property provides a $250 credit toward beach gear delivered to your rental property. *Delivery fees may apply.* Offer only good for full weeks booked with check-ins beginning between May 22, 2026 and September 6, 2026.


All Outer Banks Blue vacation rentals include bed linens, with beds made prior to your arrival for convenience. We provide 1 bath towel and washcloth per advertised occupant, and 1 hand towel and 1 bar of soap per sink. Kitchens include drying towels. We also provide a starter supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, and toilet paper.

Lovely
This is a lovely home however I have one small suggestion. As nice as this house is it needs two refrigerators and on top of that if you’re gonna only use one refrigerator then it shouldn’t be like an apartment size refrigerator it should be a huge refrigerator with an icemaker and water dispenser.

The Perfect Family Beach House – We’ll Be Back!
We just got back from an amazing week at Breach Party and it was everything we hoped for (and more!) for a family beach vacation. The biggest highlight was how unbelievably close the beach is. It’s truly a two-minute walk, if that. With little kids, this made all the difference. We didn’t need to plan out big, all-day beach trips. If someone forgot their goggles or needed a snack or a break, we could just walk back to the house in minutes. It took all the stress out of beach days and made everything feel easy and flexible. The house itself was immaculate when we arrived...super clean, bright, and really comfortable for our whole crew. The pool was a great size and got tons of use every day, and the hot tub was the kids’ favorite way to wind down in the evenings. Location-wise, you can’t beat it. Food Lion is around the corner, so grabbing groceries or anything we forgot was no hassle. And Lighthouse Bagels is right nearby, definitely a must for breakfast (we went more than once!). One tip: bring extra paper towels and toilet paper. We missed the detail that those aren’t fully stocked for the whole week, but that was easy to grab locally once we figured it out. All in all, Breach Party was the perfect setup for a fun, low-stress family vacation. We’d come back in a heartbeat.

Perfect beach house
The location of this house is amazing. Steps from the beach. You can see and hear the ocean from the spacious decks. The great room is large and open with a well appointed new kitchen . The bedrooms are large with newer spacious bathrooms . Pool is a great option when coming off the beach, as is the hot tub . Another plus is a lifeguard stand at the walkway to the beach for safety. Had a perfect week ! Will come back for sure !

Location! Location!
Location, Location, Location! This home is really just a few steps to the beach access. It allows for ease in bringing and setting your items up for the day and the opportunity to go back and forth throughout the day as needed. When not at the beach, the pool is perfect! It is separate from the house which was wonderful as we were traveling with a toddler. The interior has been nicely renovated, allowing for a comfortable stay that is bright and coastal. The sound of waves and sunrises were wonderful to hear and see. Definitely, hoping to return in the near future!

This vacation property exceeded our expectations in every way. Its close proximity to the beach ( literally 30 feet to beach access) provided unparalleled convenience, while its new and clean accommodations offered a refreshing and comfortable stay. The well-equipped kitchen allowed us to enjoy dinners at the picnic table with ease, and the views and sounds of the ocean added so much to our nightly happy hours. We even ate in the gazebo by the pool one night! Moreover, its convenient location made exploring the area a breeze. We couldn't have asked for a better getaway destination and will be booking a return trip!!
