Professional Cleaner

Outer Banks Blue Realty Services is currently seeking to fill the position of Cleaner for the company.

-This is a seasonal position, consisting of part-time hours

-Must be able to work Saturdays

-Reliable transportation to report to work and ability to report on time is necessary

-Must have a smartphone to receive your schedule

-Must be able to lift 40 lbs.

-Must be detail-oriented and be able to follow verbal and written instructions

Here is a sampling of the duties/qualities being sought with this position:

· vacuuming

· sweeping

· mopping

· dusting

· making beds

· cleaning kitchens and bathrooms,

· cleaning slider windows

· organizing deck furniture and all other areas of each property
