After earning a degree in hospitality, Jeff joined Outer Banks Blue in 2024 as an intern, gaining valuable insight into the vacation rental industry by supporting senior leadership. Through his dedication and strong performance, he advanced from intern to Assistant to the President, and in 2026, became Outer Banks Blue’s first Revenue Manager.

Outside of work, Jeff enjoys solving escape rooms, exploring new cities, and discovering new restaurants. He values experiences that bring people together and enjoys finding new places and ideas that inspire both his personal life and professional approach.
