The cabana half bath is especially convenient for everyone using the pool. The top-level great room and top-level decks have peeks of the ocean from this third row from the beach. The kitchen has a huge island with a bar sink and seating, and granite countertops. The kitchen pantry gives you much needed storage with a crew this large. Dining for your large family works well in this massive top level with seating at the bar for 6 and two dining tables that seat a total of 14.

Every bedroom is a master and all TV’s are smart TV’s for streaming, gaming or just watching TV. Two more gathering areas include the large mid-level den that doubles as a media room and has a game table for 4. The ground level rec room has a pool table, 65 inch Smart TV and a foosball table for everyone to have something to play. The home theater is also on this level where movies can be played all week…no need to leave the house for a movie night!

Additional amenity details:
Private Pools are open from May 3, 2024 until October 13, 2024 and May 2, 2025 until October 12, 2025. Pool heat is an available option in this property, for a fee of $400 plus tax. Pets are not allowed in pools under any circumstances. An additional fee will be charged to leaseholder for the chemical balance, cleaning or damage that would cause the replacement of a vinyl pool liner. Hot tubs are available year-round. Fireplace seen in photos is non-functioning and not available for use.

All Outer Banks Blue properties provide bed linens and bath towels for a small fee added to every reservation. We provide 1 bath towel and washcloth per advertised occupant. We provide 1 hand towel and 1 bar of soap per bathroom sink. We also provide kitchen towels. Beds are made prior to your arrival, and we provide a starter supply of toilet paper, bathroom soap, paper towels, and dishwasher detergent.

HUGE HOUSE!!!! Awesome for large groups!

I have been booking homes with large groups in the Outer Banks for many years and this by far was the best designed house for 20+ size groups. Theater Room is well designed so as no to disturb even the room directly above it. Room on each floor to have separate things going on, and you won't disturb the groups on the other floors. The pool heat, hot tub, and other entertainment features worked awesome in the house. However, a few things that were not so good. The theater room furniture all needs completely replaced, it is really bad, my wife couldn't even sit up right in her seat, it was broken that bad. The kitchen is not as stocked out as you would expect, especially when it comes to steaming your own seafood. No large steamer pots, no crab leg cracking tools, etc.... And while overall the cleanliness was pretty good, don't look too close. The first floor area near the pool table was very dirty, and also the floor by the small kitchen is all cracked and broken and you could cut your foot on it or trip if you aren't careful. I would totally rent this house again, but I wanted to provide an honest review of some things that could be improved upon.
