All 3 bedrooms are delightfully decorated to ensure that your “own space” will be comfortable and relaxing.

Located in Whalehead Beach close to shopping, restaurants, golf, groceries, kids' activities, and movies. Historic Corolla Village is also close by so you can check out the Corolla Lighthouse for a climb or the Whalehead Club and the Maritime Museum for historical tours. Just a 10-minute drive to the famous Corolla Wild Horse Preserve in the 4 x 4 area for wild horse sightings, wide open spaces, and other beautiful wildlife.

Coastal Comfort cottage is also perfect for golf or those romantic getaways, too! The Currituck Club Golf is less than 10 minutes from the cottage with beautiful sound side golf and views. Relax on the beach, take in the sights, reserve a romantic dinner, or spend the day shopping...there is something for everyone at “Coastal Comfort”! Full-size refrigerator in ground floor “ tenant space”, with keys provided, will allow you to store your drinks and snacks close to the pool! Island blue poolside picnic table seats 6-8 for your enjoyment, along with pool lounges and chairs.

Private Pools are open from May 2, 2025 until October 12, 2025 and May 1, 2026 until October 11, 2026. Pool heat is not an option for this property. Hot tubs are available year-round.


All Outer Banks Blue properties provide bed linens and bath towels for a small fee added to every reservation. We provide 1 bath towel and washcloth per advertised occupant. We provide 1 hand towel and 1 bar of soap per bathroom sink. We also provide kitchen towels. Beds are made prior to your arrival, and we provide a starter supply of toilet paper, bathroom soap, paper towels, and dishwasher detergent.
