Private Pools are open from May 3, 2024 until October 13, 2024 and May 2, 2025 until October 12, 2025. Pool heat is an available option in this property, for a fee of $400 plus tax. Hot tubs are available year-round. Fireplace seen in photos is non-functioning and not available for use. All Outer Banks Blue properties provide bed linens and bath towels for a small fee added to every reservation. We provide 1 bath towel and washcloth per advertised occupant. We provide 1 hand towel and 1 bar of soap per bathroom sink. We also provide kitchen towels. Beds are made prior to your arrival, and we provide a starter supply of toilet paper, bathroom soap, paper towels, and dishwasher detergent.

Great place

Our first time In Southern Shores and we loved it, the house was beautiful and very accommodating. The setting was very private with a short walk to a very nice uncrowded beach. The house had a few issues that should be corrected like the bathroom door that should be accessible from the pool area wouldn’t open, the exhaust hood for the stove didn’t work, someone before us signed out of prime and Netflix leaving us with limited tv options. We would absolutely love to stay here again. When we arrived the water was turned off so not sure how much cleaning was actually done prior to our arrival. Regardless of these minor issues, we loved our week in this house and wouldn’t hesitate renting it again.
