Softshell Crab?
This week's Memory Monday photo submission comes to us from Sky Stanley of Newark, Ohio who stayed with Outer Banks Blue this past September (Labor Day Weekend) in the property "Peace Place" in Nags Head.
We have seen a lot of pictures here on Memory Monday, but we have to say, 2013 has started off with some fantastic photos from our guests. Funny ones, cute ones, imaginative ones, and one's like this that are really unexpected.
Sky tells us "On one of our nights we were in Nags Head we did a big crab feast with local blue crab, shrimp, potatoes, garlic, and corn. It was so delicious! And it was such a treat to be able to do it all in the house we rented thanks to all the pots provided. Even the utensils to crack the crab legs were there! Some of us had never seen live crab up close so it was fun teasing each other and daring to pick one up. The night was such a success and was one of my favorite dinners."
