North Carolina Aquarium Visit in the Outer Banks!

This week's Memory Monday Photo submission comes to us from Melissa Boos of Depford, New Jersey who rented with Outer Banks Blue last Thanksgiving in the property "Always Sunny" in Kill Devil Hills. Melissa has provided us pictures of her adorable identical twin sons Grayson and Sawyer who were 11 months old when these pictures were taken.

Two of the pictures were taken at the North Carolina Aquarium on Roanoke Island. The large tank that the boys are in front of is the replica representation of the USS Monitor with its 285,000 gallons of water sharks, and all kinds of fish that are indigenous to that area. Melissa tells us "we were there in the off season and there were less than a dozen people in the aquarium. It was magical because it felt like we had the whole place to ourselves. We go every time we come to the OBX. In fact I have been going since I was a kid. The boys were entranced. They especially loved crawling in front of the big tank."

Melissa reports "My famkly has been coming to the OBX yearly since the 1960's since before anyone knew what OBX stood for. We've seen the OBX change dramatically over the years. My grandparents retired there and two of my cousins live there now. We will at some point too! I currently get there 1 or 2 times a year and I can't wait to bring the boys back to the OBX. Corolla horse tours, lighthouses, Jockey's Ridge, shopping all over the OBX, the aquarium, Wright Brother's etc. and of course eating out at the restaurants!'

Thanks Melissa for sharing your twins and thanks for your renting through Outer Banks Blue Realty Services. We look forward to serving you again soon!

All the best from the beach!
